CHAPTER 172 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE POSSESSION OF FIREARMS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 129C of chapter 140 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the eighth paragraph, as appearing in section 8 of chapter 799 of the acts of 1969, and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-

The possession of a firearm identification card issued under section one hundred and twenty-nine B shall not entitle any person to carry a firearm in violation of section ten of chapter two hundred and sixty-nine.
