CHAPTER 224 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TREASURER OF ESSEX COUNTY TO PAY A CERTAIN SUM OF MONEY TO SPRING HILL FARM DAIRY, INC. OF THE CITY OF HAVERHILL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
