CHAPTER 322 AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ANALYSIS OF NARCOTIC DRUGS, POISON, DRUGS, MEDICINES OR CHEMICALS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS MEDICAL SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 36B of chapter 75 of the General Laws, inserted by section 1 of chapter 700 of the acts of 1981, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words:- , without charge.

SECTION 2. Said section 36B of said chapter 75, as so inserted, is hereby further amended by adding the following sentence:- All operational and capital costs of this analysis shall be paid by the commonwealth, subject to appropriation.
