CHAPTER 357 AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MASSACHUSETTS CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION, WALPOLE TO THE MASSACHUSETTS CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION, CEDAR JUNCTION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 48 of chapter 31 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 21 of chapter 767 of the acts of 1981, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 9 and 10, the word "Walpole" and inserting in place thereof the words:- Cedar Junction.

SECTION 2. Section 1 of chapter 125 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 8 of chapter 777 of the acts of 1972, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 31 and 37, the word "Walpole" and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the words:- Cedar Junction.

SECTION 3. Section 49B of chapter 127 of the General Laws, as amended by chapter 79 of the acts of 1978, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 3, the word "Walpole" and inserting in place thereof the words:- Cedar Junction.
