CHAPTER 403 AN ACT PROVIDING THAT THE BOARD OF PHARMACY BE CONSULTED RELATIVE TO CERTAIN REGISTRATION OF PERSONS WHO MAY POSSESS CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The second paragraph of paragraph (g) of section 7 of chapter 94C of the General Laws, added by section 3 of chapter 565 of the acts of 1983, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 8 and 9, the words "and the board of registration of nursing" and inserting in place thereof the words:- , the board of registration in nursing and the board of registration in pharmacy.

SECTION 2. Section 80E of chapter 112 of the General Laws, inserted by section 8 of said chapter 565, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "medicine", in line 6, the words:- after consultation with the board of registration in pharmacy.
