CHAPTER 63 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STATUE OF LIBERTY AWARENESS DAY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 12GG the following section:-

Section 12HH. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart October twenty-sixth as statue of Liberty Awareness Day and recommending that such day be observed by all public elementary school students in an appropriate manner.
