CHAPTER 75 AN ACT SUBSTITUTING POSTING OF CO-OPERATIVE BANK BALANCE SHEETS IN PLACE OF PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTING SAME TO DEPOSITORS ON REQUEST.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The second paragraph of section 18 of chapter 170 of the General Laws, as appearing in section 46 of chapter 155 of the acts of 1982, is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Said balance sheet shall be posted not later than thirty days after the end of the corporation's fiscal year and shall remain posted until replaced by the following year's posting.
