CHAPTER 94 AN ACT INCREASING THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF ARREST BOND CERTIFICATES GUARANTEED BY AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATIONS OR TRAVEL CLUBS TO FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The second paragraph of section 61B of chapter 276 of the General Laws, as appearing in chapter 786 of the acts of 1977, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3 and line 23, the word "two" and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the word:- five.
SECTION 2. The third paragraph of said section 61B of said chapter 276, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3 and line 12, the word "two" and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the word:- five.
