Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The dam located on Fenwick street in the town of Framingham shall be designated and known as the Maxwell Henry Fellows Dam. Suitable markers bearing said designation shall be attached thereto by the department of public works in compliance with the standards of said department.
