CHAPTER 147 AN ACT RELATIVE TO CONTRACTOR EVALUATION FORMS FOR HOUSING AUTHORITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The third paragraph of section 7 of chapter 121B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "sixty-eight A", in line 1, the following words:- or paragraph (7) of section forty-four D of chapter one hundred and forty-nine.
