CHAPTER 151 AN ACT INCREASING THE FINE FOR DISPOSAL OF REFUSE AND RUBBISH ON HIGHWAYS OR ANY PUBLIC LAND, PRIVATE PROPERTY, OR IN COASTAL OR INLAND WATERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 16 of chapter 270 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the words "one thousand" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- two thousand five hundred.
