CHAPTER 177 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE DATE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF CREDIT UNIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 13 of chapter 171 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The annual meeting of the corporation shall be held at such time and place as the by-laws prescribe, but not later than one hundred and twenty days after the close of the fiscal year.
