Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 66 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "sunset", in line 6, the words:- ; provided, however, that the director shall promulgate rules and regulations prescribing the type and size of such BB shot.
