Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The city of Northhampton, acting by and through the city council of said city, is hereby authorized to convey a certain parcel of land, under management and control of the Northhampton conservation commission, to the Richard C. and Patricia A. Martin Revocable Trust in exchange for another parcel of land which shall be conveyed to the said conservation commission.

Both parcels of land are shown on a plan of land entitled, "Plan of Land in Northampton, Massachusetts Prepared for the Richard C. and Patricia A. Martin Revocable Trust" dated January 12, 1988, prepared by Almer Huntley, Jr. and Associates, Inc., which is on file in the office of planning and development in the city of Northampton.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
