CHAPTER 243 AN ACT PERMITTING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DUKES COUNTY TO SERVE AS COMMISSIONERS ON THE MARTHA'S VINEYARD AIRPORT COMMISSION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter two hundred and sixty-eight A of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the county commissioners of Dukes County shall be allowed to be appointed and to serve as commissioners on the Martha's Vineyard airport commission.
