Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section four of chapter forty of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the city of Quincy is hereby authorized to accept an option to lease the land and building known as 26-36 Saville avenue, in said city, said option to be for a term of forty-five years to commence upon the termination of the current five year term.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
