Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
That a certain land use restriction imposed upon a certain parcel of land located in the city of Woburn, by the executive office of environmental affairs, on or about November thirtieth, nineteen hundred and seventy-eight, in connection with an urban self-help program grant, limiting the use of said real estate to park and recreational purposes only, be released from said restriction and that, hereafter, said city subject to the approval of the secretary of environmental affairs, may use said land for any other lawful public purpose. Said parcel is described as follows:
A certain parcel of land situated off Harrison Avenue Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and being shown as Lots 2B and 3B on a Plan of Land entitled "PLAN OF LAND IN WOBURN, MASS., Prepared For: City of Woburn, Scale: 1" = 60', Date: August 27, 1987, Schofield Brothers, Inc., Professional Engineers & Professional Land Surveyors, 1071 Worcester Road, Framingham, Mass. 01701", which Plan is recorded in the Middlesex County South District Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 1401 of 1988; said Lots 2B and 3B, in the aggregate, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHERLY by Harrison Avenue, as shown on said Plan, TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN and 27/100 (267.27') feet;
WESTERLY by Lots 2A and 3A, as shown on said Plan FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-ONE and 81/100 (441.81') feet;
NORTHWESTERLY by Lot 2C as shown on said Plan, SIXTY-EIGHT and 28/100 (68.28') feet;
NORTHEASTERLY by land now or formerly of Richard E. Cail, as shown on said Plan, FIFTY-FOUR and 31/100 (54.31') feet, as shown on said Plan;
NORTHWESTERLY by land also now or formerly of Richard E. Cail, as shown on said Plan, THIRTY-TWO and 62/100 (32.62') feet;
EASTERLY by Lot 4B, as shown on said Plan FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO and 78/100 (432.78') feet.
Said Lots 2B and 3B containing, in the aggregate, one acre and 32,793 square feet of land, more or less, according to said Plan.
