CHAPTER 46 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NORFOLK COUNTY TO BORROW ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AT THE NORFOLK COUNTY HOSPITAL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 244 of the acts of 1984 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the words "two hundred" and inserting in place thereof the words:- three hundred and fifty.

SECTION 2. Section 2 of said chapter 244 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 9, the words "two hundred" and inserting in place thereof the words:- three hundred and fifty.

SECTION 3. Bonds or notes issued under the provisions of chapter two hundred and forty-four of the acts of nineteen hundred and eighty-four may be issued together with bonds or notes issued under the provisions of chapter one hundred and thirty-five of the acts of nineteen hundred and eighty-seven and all such bonds or notes may bear on their face the words Norfolk County Hospital Loan, Acts of 1984 and 1987.

SECTION 4. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
