Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 2 of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as amended by section 2 of chapter 741 of the acts of 1987, is hereby further amended by inserting after the fifth sentence the following sentence:- Except as otherwise provided in section two E, any rule, regulation, order, ordinance or by law which excludes motor vehicles from state highways shall be invalid and of no effect.
