CHAPTER 61 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BOSTON TO GRANT A PENSION TO THE WIDOW OF THOMAS J. GILL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The retirement board of the city of Boston is hereby authorized to grant a pension to the widow of Thomas J. Gill pursuant to the provisions of section one hundred of chapter thirty-two of the General Laws.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.

Approved June 9, 1988.
