Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 196 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 20, the word "annual" and inserting in place thereof the word:- biennial.

SECTION 2. Section 20 of chapter 15C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- The Authority shall be subject to biennial audit by the state auditor.

SECTION 3. Section 38 of chapter 23A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 4. Section 15 of chapter 23D of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 5. Section 7 of chapter 40H of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 6. Section 9 of chapter 40I of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 1 and 2, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 7. Section 12 of chapter 40J of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 290, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 8. Section 8 of chapter 40K of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 9. Section 1B of chapter 73 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 10, the word "annual" and inserting in place thereof the word:- biennial.

SECTION 10. Section 10 of said chapter 73, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the word "annually" and inserting in place thereof the word:- biennially.

SECTION 11. Section 42H of chapter 74 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the word "annually" and inserting in place thereof the word:- biennially.

SECTION 12. Section 46B of said chapter 74, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 29, the word "annual" and inserting in place thereof the word:- biennial.

SECTION 13. Section 4 of chapter 75A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the word "annually" and inserting in place thereof the word:- biennially.

SECTION 14. Section 22 of said chapter 75A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 29, the word "annual" and inserting in place thereof the word:- biennial.

SECTION 15. Section 4 of chapter 75B of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the word "annually" and inserting in place thereof the word:- biennially.

SECTION 16. Section 113 of chapter 128 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 37, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 17. Section 65 of chapter 152 of the General Laws, as amended by section 15 of chapter 691 of the acts of 1987, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 166, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 18. Section 17 of chapter 161A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the word "annually" and inserting in place thereof the word:- biennially.

SECTION 19. Section 12 of chapter 161B of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the word "annually" and inserting in place thereof the word:- biennially.

SECTION 20. Section 11 of chapter 221A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 21. Section 41 of chapter 190 of the acts of 1982 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 22. Section 7 of chapter 560 of the acts of 1982 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 23. The second paragraph of subsection (o) of section 1 of chapter 240 of the acts of 1984 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 9 and 10, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.

SECTION 24. Chapter 763 of the acts of 1985 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 64, the words "an annual" and inserting in place thereof the words:- a biennial.
