Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The first paragraph of section 3 of chapter 185C of the General Laws, as amended by section 3 of chapter 755 of the acts of 1987, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "therewith", in line 23, the words:- or the use of any real property and activities conducted thereon as such use affects the health, welfare and safety of any resident, occupant, user or member of the general public and which is subject to regulation by local cities and towns under the state building code, state specialized codes, state sanitary code, and other applicable statutes and ordinances.
