Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The first paragraph of section 22 of chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- Such rules and regulations shall include, so far as practicable, the purchase of recycled paper products for said supplies.
