CHAPTER 88 AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN POWERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Chapter 323 of the acts of 1986 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the word "eighty-eight", and inserting in place thereof the following word:- ninety.
