CHAPTER 103 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF ORLEANS TO CONVEY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF CONSERVATION LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The conservation commission of the town of Orleans acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey a certain parcel of conservation land in said town to Gertrude Cutler or her nominee. Said parcel is shown as Parcel 1B and 1C on a plan of land entitled "Sketch Plan of Land in Orleans, Mass. Showing Land Swap For Gertrude Cutler and the town of Orleans" dated March 14, 1991 and Revised March 27, 1991 a copy of which is on file in the office of said board of selectmen and recorded at Barnstable registry of deeds in book 482 at page 40.

SECTION 2. In consideration of the conveyance authorized in section one Gertrude Cutler shall convey to the town of Orleans a certain parcel of land to said town. Said parcel shall be under the care, custody and control of the conservation commission of said town to be used for open space, conservation and recreational purposes. Said parcel is shown as Parcel 4 on the plan of land described in section one of this act.
