Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Amherst acting by and through its town manager is hereby authorized to transfer the care, custody and control of parcels 4 and 5 as shown on a plan of land entitled "Plan of Land in Amherst (Hampshire County) MA surveyed for Amherst Public Schools", dated August 28, 1991, C.T. Male Associates, P.C. Engineers, from the conservation commission to the Amherst school department of said town and said school department upon said transfer, shall transfer the care, custody and control of parcels 1 and 2 as shown on the aforesaid plan to the conservation commission of said town.
