CHAPTER 130 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING ELECTIONS IN THE CITY OF NEWBURYPORT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section two of chapter fifty-four of the General Laws, the city of Newburyport is hereby authorized to establish two precincts in Ward One in said city.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
