Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Rockport, by its selectmen, in consideration of an easement granted to said town, is hereby authorized to convey, by deed approved as to form by the town counsel of said town, to the Quarrytown Realty Trust, an easement for road and utilities, across a certain portion of watershed land. Said easement is shown on a plan of land entitled "Plan of Land Prepared for Quarrytown Realty Trust for Exchange of Easements With the Town of Rockport" prepared by James L. Klopotowski, P.L.S. dated May, 1991, and said plan being on file in the office of the director of public works at the town hall in said town.
