CHAPTER 158 AN ACT RELATIVE TO TOWN MEETING VOTES IN THE TOWN OF LEXINGTON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 8 of chapter 215 of the acts of 1929, as amended by section 1 of chapter 381 of the acts of 1954, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 22, the word "fourteen" and inserting in place thereof the word:- thirty-five.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
