Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section one of chapter seven hundred and seventy-two of the acts of nineteen hundred and eighty-seven is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. Section 2 of said chapter 772 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the words "Northeastern University" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Roxbury Community College.

SECTION 3. Section three of said chapter seven hundred and seventy-two is hereby repealed.

SECTION 4. Section 4 of said chapter 772 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 4 and 5, the words "for the use of the metropolitan district commission" and inserting in place thereof the words:- at Roxbury Community College for use for public purposes.

SECTION 5. Sections four A to six, inclusive, of said chapter seven hundred and seventy-two are hereby repealed.

SECTION 6. Section 1 of chapter 231 of the acts of 1988 is hereby amended by inserting after the word "eighty-eight", in line 9, the words:- or with the alternative method recommended in a report entitled "Procedures for the Procurement of Design and Construction Services Under the Design Build Method" to be filed with the general court not later than September first, nineteen hundred and ninety-two.
