Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The walkway located at 99 East Main Street in the area of state highway Route 16 in the town of Milford shall be designated and known as the Louis "Burke" Rizoli memorial walkway, in memory of Louis "Burke" Rizoli who was a prominent civic leader in said town of Milford for many years and who owned and operated the Plains Pharmacy located at said 99 East Main Street for more than thirty-five years. The department of highways shall provide a suitable marker bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of said department.
