CHAPTER 193 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BOSTON TO SELL AND CONVEY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PARK LAND IN THE CITY OF BOSTON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The city of Boston is hereby authorized to sell and convey a certain parcel of park land in said city. Said parcel is described in a deed recorded with Suffolk county registry of deeds, Book 5672, Page 456.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
