CHAPTER 195 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BOSTON TO USE CERTAIN PARK LAND IN THE CITY OF BOSTON FOR THE RELOCATION OF AND THE ADDITION TO A CERTAIN BUILDING TO BE USED AS A VISITOR INFORMATION CENTER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The city of Boston is hereby authorized to relocate a building known as the ranger station from a certain parcel of park land to another certain parcel of park land in Boston Common and to add on to said building no more than seven hundred fifty square feet, said building to be used for such purposes as, but not limited to, a visitor information center, a ranger station, public restrooms, and the distribution of information to the public.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
