Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The section of Webb park in the town of Weymouth nearest Grape Island shall be designated and known as the Domenic J. Sansone memorial promontory, in memory of Domenic J. Sansone who was a prominent civic leader in said town of Weymouth for many years. A suitable marker bearing said designation shall be erected thereat by the department of environmental management in compliance with the standards of said department.
