Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Lynnfield is hereby authorized to appropriate and expend the total amount of funds, principal and interest, which have accumulated in the American legion trust fund account established in accordance with the provisions of chapter four hundred and eighty of the acts of nineteen hundred and twenty-four for any purpose for which a town may lawfully expend funds.
