Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter one hundred and seventeen of the Special Acts of nineteen hundred and eighteen is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Chapter one hundred and seventy-four of the acts of nineteen hundred and twenty-four is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
