Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section one of chapter four hundred and two of the acts of nineteen hundred and fifty-two, the town of Concord is hereby authorized, by vote at an annual or special town meeting, to change the permitted uses of the land in said town abutting the northerly side of state highway Route 2 and extending back for two hundred feet from the northerly sideline of said highway, between the points of intersection in said town of said northerly sideline of said highway and the easterly sideline of Old road to Nine Acre corner and the centerline of the Sudbury river to permit the use of such land and the buildings thereon, by special permit, for hospital, nursing home, medical center and laboratory uses.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
