CHAPTER 258 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE WAREHAM FIRE DISTRICT TO RESCIND A CERTAIN VOTE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the Wareham fire district is hereby authorized to rescind the vote taken under article 4 at a meeting of said district held on August fourth, nineteen hundred and seventy-six annexing certain territory.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
