Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Wayland, acting by and through its board of selectmen and conservation commission, is hereby authorized to release a conservation restriction granted to said town by deed of Northland Residential Corporation dated May 26, 1989 and recorded in the southern district of the Middlesex county registry of deeds in Book 19853, Page 77 in accordance with the provisions of section thirty-two of chapter one hundred and eighty-four of the General Laws.
