CHAPTER 322 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GLOUCESTER TO PAY A CERTAIN UNPAID BILL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The city of Gloucester is hereby authorized to appropriate for the payment of, and after such appropriation the treasurer of said city is hereby authorized to pay, to Shady Tree Service, Inc. unpaid bills incurred by said city totalling three thousand three hundred and forty dollars, said bills being legally unenforceable against said city.
