CHAPTER 346 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF HUDSON TO CONVEY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PARK LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Hudson, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey a certain parcel of park land located in said town. Said parcel is shown as Parcel "A" on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Hudson, Massachusetts owned by:- Town of Hudson" dated May 5, 1992 drawn by Zanca Land Surveyors, Inc. which is on file in the office of the clerk of said town.
