CHAPTER 348 AN ACT INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF INCOME WHICH MAY BE DERIVED FROM THE REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY HELD BY THE FIRST CONGREGATIONAL SOCIETY IN THE TOWN OF BECKET.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section two of chapter fifty-one of the acts of seventeen hundred and ninety-seven or any other general or special law to the contrary, the First Congregational Society in the town of Becket may hold any real or personal estate the annual income of which shall not exceed thirty-five thousand dollars.
