Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Foxborough, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey a certain parcel of conservation land located in said town to Alan J. Antokal and Lawrence D. Gitletz, trustees of Alan Lawrence Realty Trust. Said parcel is shown as Lot B2 (9.10+ acres) on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Foxborough, MA October 22, 1992, Scale 1" = 80' Bay Colony Group, Inc., Professional Civil Engineers & Land Surveyors, Four School Street, Post Office Box 9136, Foxborough, MA Owners: Town of Foxborough".

SECTION 2. In consideration for the conveyance in section one, said realty trust shall convey a certain parcel of land located in said town to the town of Foxborough. Said parcel is shown as Lot B on a plan entitled "49 Lakeview Road, Foxborough, MA Plan of Land prepared for Maxine Murdock prepared by Andover Engineering, Inc., dated October 14, 1992".

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
