Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the state secretary is hereby authorized and directed to issue an amended copy of a record of marriage which shall state that the marriage of Michael Patrick Conlin and Judith Miller Conlin was performed on October fifth, nineteen hundred and seventy-four in the city of Southampton.
