Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The conservation commission of the town of Norwood is hereby authorized and directed to convey to said town a utility easement in a certain conservation area, under the jurisdiction and control of said conservation commission, as shown on a plan of land entitled "Town of Norwood Proposed Utility Easement at Endean Playground in Norwood, MA, Scale 1"=40", Walter R. Ryan, P.E., Town Engineer, December 11, 1989" and which is on file in the office of the town engineer.
