CHAPTER 378 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE CERTIFICATE OF RESULT OF ANALYSIS OF NARCOTIC DRUGS, POISONS, DRUGS, MEDICINES OR CHEMICALS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 13 of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1990 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 13, the words "when requested,".
