CHAPTER 406 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE RETIREMENT ALLOWANCE FOR THE SURVIVORS OF DONNA DEVLIN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 1 of chapter 440 of the acts of 1991 is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Said retirement allowance shall be equal to the retirement allowance paid under sections twelve B and twenty-six of said chapter thirty-two.
