Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. To provide for supplementing a certain item in the general appropriation act, the sum set forth in section two is hereby appropriated for the purposes of the item, and subject to the conditions, specified in chapter one hundred and thirty-eight of the acts of nineteen hundred and ninety-one, including fund designations in said chapter one hundred and thirty-eight, and subject to the provisions of law regulating the disbursement of public funds and the conditions pertaining to appropriations in said chapter one hundred and thirty-eight, for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and ninety-two. The sum hereby appropriated is in addition to any amounts available for said purpose.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
