CHAPTER 51 AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE CITY OF ATTLEBORO AS THE FIREFIGHTER RICHARD A. SIMKINS MEMORIAL BRIDGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The bridge located on Thurber avenue over Conrail in the city of Attleboro, shall be designated and known as the Firefighter Richard A. Simkins Memorial bridge. The department of highways shall erect suitable signs bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of said department.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
