CHAPTER 62 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE USE BY MUNICIPALITIES OF CERTAIN SUMS RECEIVED AS PAYMENT FOR DAMAGES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 53 of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1990 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 14 and 16, the word "ten" and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the word:- twenty.
